FOX37 provides the career assessment, personal review, written plan, and professional materials described in your selected package. The package page explains what you receive; the work is tailored to your experience and career goals.
Delivery timing
The expected turnaround for all package deliverables is 2–4 weeks. Extenuating circumstances may affect this timeline. FOX37 will communicate any changes.
Payment and codes
Review your package price before paying through Stripe. If you have a discount or invitation code, apply it on the FOX37 account page first. Your accepted offer, any included extras, and the amount due appear before you continue to checkout.
Complimentary access does not require payment details. Assessment access opens when your payment or complimentary invitation is confirmed.
Refunds and cancellation
Refunds are available when requested at least 24 hours before your first scheduled meeting or discovery call.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation does not guarantee a refund.

Your responses and deliverables
We retain your assessment responses and deliverables for 12 months after your engagement is completed, then delete them. Keep your own copy of any delivered materials you want to use beyond that period.
