Accounts and inquiries
We use your name and verified email to manage account access, connect your purchase to your assessment, and review your inquiry. Sign-in uses an email verification code and a secure session cookie.
Assessment responses
Your answers are saved on the server so you can resume your assessment. They are encrypted in storage and available to authorized FOX37 reviewers. Do not include government identifiers, medical records, confidential employer documents, or other sensitive details that are not needed for career planning. Every assessment prompt can be explicitly skipped.
Payment information
Checkout uses the configured payment provider. FOX37 stores payment references, the purchased plan, payment status, amount, and currency. The application does not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes.
How recommendations are developed
The assessment organizes response patterns into internal review suggestions. It is exploratory career planning, not a validated aptitude test or employment prediction. Suggestions and reviewer notes are not automatically released to customers. The current scoring process does not send answers to an AI model.
Access and security records
Staff access, review actions, and payment updates are recorded in an audit trail. Technical request information is used for access controls and abuse prevention. The site does not include optional marketing pixels or advertising trackers.
Questions or changes
Use the signed-in inquiry form to request a correction or discuss removal of assessment information. Payment and transaction records may require separate handling. A retention policy and the final operating contact will be confirmed before public enrollment opens.
